Per data provided directly from the Downtown residential rental properties, the absorption rates of the market rate units has an average of 85%. Per Downtown Wichita records, 702 units rental units have opened in the Downtown SSMID district since 2010 when the Census was taken. Census states the population in the 67202 area code is 1,393.
